It was a big undertaking - obtaining permits, taking down fence sections, moving equipment through to the back yard, breaking concrete, disconnecting and capping electric and gas, backfilling and compacting , grading. Every step was overseen and executed carefully and professionally by Jason York. Before the project started, I had concerns about everything that could go wrong but once he started and I saw the expertise he exhibited with the equipment, I knew everything would be fine. It is more than fine. Although the final grading and seeding has been deferred until spring, the yard is in really good shape. This man knows what he's doing.
